dose any one have any stats for Chritian divorce rates amound the three major groups of christianity-

Orthodox Catholic and Protestant?

Please don't mistake all religous people for Christians. Going to church doesn't equal christian devotion anymore than going to college makes you a doctor. It's the commitment, studying, and practice of what you learn.     God Bless

no, but it is usually accepted that divorce rates among Christians are very close to non Christians.

First, you have to know what a Christian is, or you're just measuring pew fillers.

A true Christian has examined himself, seen how he has broken God's commandments and thereby sinned against God, has been broken by his sin, and has repented and put his faith in Christ.

Divorce rates for these people are exceedingly small.

For others who call themselves Christian but who are not (the ones who said a prayer and thought that made them a true follower of Christ), they are pretty high, of course.

I don't know how else to tell you this but christian are only allowed to get a divorce under the biblical definition of a divorce..anything other than a biblical divorce is not a divorce and they are living in sin.
