Now how many know it was one of the commandments removed by the church?

Which brings up the best question. How many know that there were 14 or 15 commandments before the church decided which ones to keep.

The Catholic Church is still of this opinion.  Which is one of the stupidest things going; in very few species is it true that the female is sexually receptive when not fertile, and all of these have offspring that require prolonged and complex rearing.  The evolutionary advantage of sexual attraction toward keeping the family unit together to raise young should be obvious.

I'd like to know where you get your facts from. The Bible says in Proverbs 5:19, "May her b*****s satisfy you always, may you ever be captivated by her love." I don't think that's talking about reproducing. You can enjoy her without reproducing.

The Bible doesn’t tell us how often a married couple should have s*x, it does tell us that a couple is to abstain only when it is a mutual decision. First Corinthians 7:5 tells us, "Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control." So, mutual consent is the "rule" for how often a married couple should have s*x. The "rule" is that abstaining from s*x must be agreed upon, and that even when it is agreed upon, it should only be for a short time.

s*x should not be withheld or demanded. If one spouse does not want to have s*x, the other spouse should agree to abstain. If one spouse wants to have s*x, the other spouse should agree. It is all a matter of compromise. We must remember that our bodies belong to our spouses, as 1 Corinthians 7:4 tells us, "The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife." Obviously, the "sexual compromise" in marriage must be reasonable. If one spouse desires s*x every day, and the other spouse once a month or less, they will have to lovingly and sacrificially agree to a compromise, a middle ground. Studies show that taking into account all age ranges, a typical married couple has s*x 2 times per week.

Surely you do err because you do not know the Scriptures. Why have you not provided some texts from the Bible to support this foolishness? You need to read 1 Cor. 7. There you will see the error of what you have stated.

Sin is behaving differently from the will of God.  As God is everywhere, we are all parts of God.  If any one of us behaves in an unpredicted manner, that is a sin!

Now can you predict all my movements?  The wages of sin is death.  We all die.  So we all sin.  The more shocking the sin the closer to death it brings us for that moment or moments that come after that!

What has been proven about s*x is that the release of sexual juices damages the potential for the body to produce life extending bone marrow, the fuel of human life!  Sperm separated from the body have spirit and gyrate when that original body is placed in pain until these sperm die. You can search for this research.  It is out there!

We need rules to be civil to one another, to set boundaries.  Rules are good to build governance by.

Humans judge everything  as we are a part of it.  Without difference, we have nothing to live for, nothing to witness.  Sin is difference, the relative seriousness with regards to law and survival of other beings, is punishable by the courts. The best way to judge is with as much graceful discernment as one can muster in a given moment!

Life is the question(uncertainty) asked by the exhaling infinitely compacted imagination invention, or no thing, which is completely certain of everything, completely omniscient or all knowing.

When I die, I believe I will be in a new state, aware of all that is and yet divided into the nature of dust that I am in, whereupon my dust shall fall.  My being will remain an infinite part of an infinite being and infinite knowledge without my material human being status of now. So there will be a change.



But my soul, my passions and discompassions, will move on to infinite places of comfort and challenge.  Able to return to this state of uncertainty and free choice illusion for another ride when it is called effectively to do so.

So that the children of God, the creations of God, .. are actually part in parcel of that God or Creation Energy!

King David got Bathsheba pregnant and got her husband killed to take her all for himself in spite of the fact that King David already had many wives. God was King David’s personal pimp and God didn’t like what King David did on his own!

So when God passed all the wives of King Saul to King David he became automatically married to Michal’s mother, too! Isn’t God so wonderful for the Christian!!! God is not a “respecter of persons” and he “never changes” so with the Bible God’s approval a man of God can be in bed with the mother and her daughter at the same time to keep it all in the family!  The Bible allows you all kinds of excesses as long as you side with the Bible God! The Christian is limited only by the secular morality prevalent at the moment and place just to save face, but the rest can be done in the closet!  The clergy is unfairly hiding all these facts from the general public! What Jimmy Swaggart and so many others did with hookers is nothing unusual. The Bible flip flops a lot on moral issues! Most people writing the Bible were not different from you and I except that they lived back then when hardly anybody heard of CNN. Can you imagine any preacher having to explain why he has 1,000 wives and lovers* (*concubines) OK… make it one wife and 999 lovers? It is all Biblical! Yes, my church teaches this. And I respectfully disagree. I feel that sexuality is a gift from God, and can certainly be used for pleasure. I do not intend to have children. Some people have told me that this means that I must remain a virgin for the rest of my life. But why is so much emphasis being put upon breeding? The planet is already overpopulated, and there are thousands of children who need loving homes. Creating more life when people are already suffering strikes me as selfish. I am not ashamed of my sexuality in any way, and feel that humanity is meant for far more than mere reproduction.

That is incorrect. God says in Eph 5:25, 28, 33 and in Col 3:19 that men are to love their wives and how.

Gen 2:18 says God made woman as a help mate for man. No where does the Bible imply women are made for child bearing only, but that men are to love them.

There is no proof that any commandment was removed from the church- just people claiming that to be so. Claims are not facts. And if this WAS removed, they forgot to take out the Scriptures about loving wives lol Love has nothing to do with producing.

But, if you have proof, then I would be happy to see it.

I believe God is perfect, and, He says He is the Word itself (John 1:1). Therefore, if anything was removed, it was because God wanted it that way. God doesnt make mistakes. The Bible is perfect the way it is, and God would never have allowed His Perfect and Holy Word to go tainted in such a way it would mislead people into sin. Common sense says that would just contradict why He did what He did for us on the cross.

Besides knowing the Word, how do I know I am right? I have the Spirit of God living inside of me. Read Rom 8:6

Be careful for what you teach. There is a terrible judgment for those who teach false things. If you believe this taking out of the Commandments thing, you need to seek more. If you want to TRULY know God's Word for what it is, not what man says it is or was, then ASK HIM. He will reveal to those who SINCERELY want to know, from the AUTHOR of Ancient of Days, not the writers of the present day and age.
