Don''t you think that you'd be one of the people leading him to his death and throwing stones at his head?

  1. I have often wondered this myself.

Hind sight is always 20/20, and I just don't know where I would have stood on that day.

I wasn't raised in a Christian home, so I do recall a time when I was His enemy, not His friend.

  2. I know too many that probably would...but I would be far more likely to be hiding and denying I knew him like Peter.

  3. No, I would have been a follower of Him then too.

  4. Nope. I'd be following him around writing things down.

  5. I don't know if I would have believed Him before he rose from the dead, but I wouldn't have like thrown rocks at Him or anything like that.

  6. I have often thought about that what would I do go along with the crowd that was against him no I would be on his side Christ Jesus was a  exemplary of perfection I would have wanted to be around him

  7. No, they'd be worshiping trees and Thor.

  8. I don't know...I couldn't tell. But, I am just glad that I am a follower of Him now. :-)

  9. They wouldn't be Christians then, would they?

  10. I am an open person and I like to question my own beliefs, I'd be a Jew, and I'd probably hear and study Jesus' words, and maybe I'd take them to heart and follow Him.

    So... probably not.

    Hopefully not!

  11. Well since I am very pro-life and only support the death penalty for

murder, I would probably be sad and confused about His death.

I still wonder if I would support His teaching since He was

so radical for the times.  The Jewish authorites claimed his teaching

to be blasphemy against God, so if I was a Jew, especially if

I was rich and did not see any of His miracles, I know I might

side with the Jewish authorites more on being against his teaching

blasphemous things but I am not sure.

I would sincerely question all of it and come up with an

independent conclusion anyway.  I would ask others about

what they saw in Jesus and that could give me insight

    as well.

  12. Honestly, I would be saying what a pity, while keeping a low profile so not to attract the loons (stone throwers) there.  I would want to say or do something, but probably wouldn't.  Rocks hurt you know.

  13. no, because that was in the Middle East and I live in America.

And since they didn't have airplanes or large ships traveling much back in those days, I would never have met the man.

But if I was there, I would never want to see anyone die. Why would I want to torment a stranger and watch him bleed and laugh at him? That's just sick. I can't honestly say I would be a follower, but I can definitally say I wouldn't be a hater.

  14. Unfortunately, that could be the case.

    GOD bless

  15. James is 100% correct. Same as having driven the nails personally.

  16. We are all responsible for the death of Christ, because we have sinned.

  17. Nope I'd be the one smoking an ancient joint on the steps of the temple and calling for an investigation into the racketeering  that Pharisee priests indulged in to any and every person who bothered to stop and listen
