  1. the truth is no one knows why alot of things like this happen its sad and unfortunate, but thats life its not fair so we just live it the best we can because there is a after life that will be far better for some or far worst for others..

  2. God works in mysterious ways.  Sometimes it seems like things are not for the greater good but they are.

  3. My tongue is in my cheek, but probably because you're g*y or something.

  4. And why is God keeping it from being much worse than it is? If there were no hurricanes, Atheists and many believers would be complaining and wondering why God would allow thunderstorms. Next would be rain, then cloudy skies and then, well, who knows where it would stop. Why, if there is a God would He allow Cancer? Then it would be other diseases, the common cold and sooner or later someone would be saying, "God must really be cruel and horrible, if He even exists! I just got the second hangnail in ten years! How awful!"

Keep the Baha'i Faith out of the picture and atheism makes a great deal of sense. Put it back into the equation and atheism falls flat on its face.

    Any more questions?

  5. Which hurricane?  There are at least two that I'm aware of.

  6. Adam was in authority over all of God's creation before he sinned and fell.  When Adam sinned, his sin corrupted not only his nature but the whole world as well.  Natural disasters are a natural consequence of disobedience to God.

  7. Because the end is near. God's going to round up all the believers soon...

  8. A Noah and the Arch situation. LOOK IT UP

    GOD Bless you

  9. Mother Earth have its own wrath.

  10. 1. It's part of the schedule for that time.

    2. The people may have irked God's ire, so God sent the hurricane.

  11. Didn't we just go through this with Gustav? God made the world and wrote the natural laws which govern it. He does not break His own rules, even for doing a miracle. Hurricanes are the atmosphere's way of balancing pressures and it has to be done. They were happening a long time before anyone ever lived in Florida or New Orleans, and cannot be considered a judgment call of any kind.

  12. Enough believers any where can rebuke a Hurricane and make it change directions in the name of Jesus.  Everything on this earth is subject to the name of Jesus.  Even Satan knows this.  And you thought Christians were not good for anything!

Our Heavenly Father loves us and He says ask and it shall be given unto you.  If you belong to the Lord, you have favor.  This is not arrogance.  This is a fact of God's creation.

  13. To end drought efficiently.

Questions like these which come through here are interesting.  They are asked as if we have a special number where we can call Heaven and get customer service. :-)

  14. Why does god allow peace?

  15. How does a "curious atheist" think he is entitled to both deny God and blame God (from a curious Christian)?

I would say there has been an increase in hurricanes lately, and I am glad I have placed my faith in God.  Instead of asking God why, I have been praying for the people in the paths of the hurricanes.
