  1. That sounds like a great hobby! Go right ahead. What could be wrong with it?

  2. You are really taking things to far if you think that is what being a Christian is about. If you keep going that way, you'll be a zealot some day. Nobody likes zealots, and I seriously doubt it earns any brownie points with God. Love God. Love people. Love nature. If you express the love of God and nature by surrounding yourself with some of God's creations you find pretty, how can that be wrong?

  3. my collection is, quite frankly, da bomb

and if it is wrong, i don't wanna be right!

  4. sounds boring.but then,its not my thing.

    i collect bibles

  5. Why are you collecting? Because you think they are pretty? Because you want to invest in them and sell later? I don't see any reason it would be wrong for those reasons. If you are trying to get some sort of supernatural power from them, then yes, that would be wrong.

  6. If that's your thing; fine but none of them gems will save you on the day of judgment. Try collecting the word of God and let it stay in your heart instead of gems.

  7. Depends on your motive.  I personally would rather sell them and put the money towards God's work.  We are not promised tomorrow.  But saving for the future is a good thing too.  Just make sure you have a will so that the money will go to a good cause should you die unexpectedly.
