  9. "Born Again", "Saved", "Conversion", "Accepting Jesus as Lord and Saviour"..... Few years back when I was 15 and 16 years of age, I went through a proccess of conversion over a 7 month period. I didn't fully comprehend the Gospel, and give my Life to Christ till about January or February of 2005.

  12. Was brought up in a Christian household but it wasn't until about 4 years ago that I really started to see that lifestyle change, and that commitment develop.  Since then, it has been a truly rewarding experience.

  16. Traditional Christianity struggles to understand the whole Born Again thing just as Nicodemus did.

Can we please look at the scripture again?

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”

5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Read it, it's right there - No one can even see the kingdom of God in the flesh or enter it in the flesh. We must have our Spiritual bodies to see and enter God's Kingdom. That occurs at the resurrection when this mortal puts on immortality. It is at that moment one is born again.

Right now we only recieve the deposit (seed) of God's Spirit upon repentance, faith in Christ, and water baptism. We now are growing within the mother (The Church) until we finish the race (die).

Upon death, one is simply unconscious (no consciousness of time) so thier next waking moment is the resurrection.

  20. I thought I was born again on 13/10/77 & then 22/04/2003, but now I

know that I was accepted into Messiah, had my sins forgiven &

received the gift of the Spirit of YHWH, the down payment, the guarantee of my inheritance, until the redemption of the purchased

    possession. Ephesians 1:7-14.

At this time we are saved from this perverse generation & when Y'shua Messiah comes will be "Born Again" into His Kingdom & receive our

    incorruptable immortal bodies.

  24. Sometime back in 1964, then consciencely back in 1969, then I fell away in high school and college, came back when married, fell away when my husband died, and am back again, and now I actually know my faith, so I don't see myself leaving it again.  Before I didn't know my faith.  BTW, I view each new day as a new opportunity to be "born again" or "saved", however you want to put it.

  29. July 23, 1967  at the Glenwood Baptist Church on Hollywood Way in Sun Valley, California.  Eight rows back on the left side of the Church next to the bookcase.  Pastor was Glenn Hozendorf (deceased). He gave the invitation and explained the plan of salvation from the King James Bible.  Plain, simple and to the point.  Sinner, condemned, Jesus paid the price, accepted His payment for my sins and asked him for His forgiveness and for Him to take me to heaven when I die.  It happened right then and there.

  30. This coming sunday  i will be born again ! :)

    God bless you.
