Christians...a clear question about divine healing below?

Question

ok i believe God has allowed knowledge to increase whereas doctors can help alot in healing the physical body....but my question is do you as christians believe that only God can regenerate or heal a physical body by a minister and if so does not that prove that minister is true?....im not talking about fake people like benny hinn but if we knew of real life ministers like in time of Jesus when paul did healings and when the 70 ones sent out healed...i hope this is not misunderstood

Anyone who has been Baptized with the Holy Spirit, is capable of laying hands on the sick and them being healed by the Power of God. Once one has been Baptized with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with other tongues then the Holy Spirit lives in side of them and will use them to touch others and others will be healed as a sign and a witness of the Power of God. The Apostle's couldn't perform healing by the laying on of hands until after the day of Pentecost.  They were all Baptized with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with other tongues , and they received Power from God to perform miracles, not of themselves but by the Power of God through them.

I don't think so really,i mean,everyone is human and only God can heal,BUT,he does give us doctors.

All healing comes from God.  Yes most times He uses doctors to do it.  Still God can provide healing with out the doctor in some cases.  This is very true if the illness is caused by sin in the persons life.  I know that God provides healing through prayer.  Not every time and no most ministers are not likely candidates, prayer warriors are.  The old Testament called for the laying on of hands of the elders of the church and the anointing of oil but never stated that a doctor could not be used.  I don't know of any Church's that do this today but they should since the information from the old Testament is still God's Word and still true today as when it was written.

Well God uses doctors. There are some people who say they can heal so they can get  your money.

I know that the Lord Jesus still heals in our time.  I've been healed.

And remember times in the New Testament that Paul was given the gift of healing from the Lord Jesus, but not every single person was always healed.  The gift is still controlled by the Lord Jesus, so the Lord Jesus does heal.  If He happens to choose not to in a situation, then it is for a greater purpose that He chooses not to, and He is ALWAYS willing to give us wisdom about that purpose.

James 1:5 "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him."

No, god is not capable of that. To be able to do that, he would have to exist first.

once a person is filled with the holy spirit, then he/she has the authority through Jesus Christ to heal.  all it takes is faith of a mustard seed.
