Bad vibe... I don't really want to be around a lot of drunks... and people finding an excuse to be irresponsible, and really kind of degrade themselves.

There is much better things in life than party, and it really is empty.

My 70+ year old parents went there, not during Mardi Gras, and said there were drunks laying in the street, etc.

Sometime I do. It used to fun and safe but now its not. I have children and don't want them to see all the things that goes on down there.

Sure, and I love it.  The French Quarter turns into one huge party where everyone is friendly and out to have a good time.  Wouldn't miss it.  I just pray to God that it will never be discontinued.

please, and watch women show it all and sometimes men, by the way the men get arrested and the women don;t and I stay away from nascar, women are thinking its mardi gra at nascar to nowadays.

Besides there is too much voodoo downt here as well and i had enough of thatin Panama.
