Today in open court a man testified that he "attempted to run over a fireman "panhandling in the street" approximately one year ago because as a child in foster care at a fireman's house he was "raped and beaten by the fireman." He added that he had been in treatment but "nothing has helped" and every time he sees a fireman he becomes enraged.

Your thoughts?

  1. only prayer and changes(it's up to the guys decision to change) will help him

  2. This person needs to let go and get saved to he can forgive that man.  He is only hurting himself by keeping this rage inside.

  3. As a Christian, it makes no difference to me.

  4. He needs to be in a mental hospital

  5. the guy sounds like he's got issues...just like the people who believe all catholic priests are pedophiles...

  6. The offender has major issues.... the lawmen need to go back in that mans History during Foster care and prosecute those ppl involved(even the ppl who new he was being abused) and the offender your talking about needs to be in a phicrac ward untill he is well if he actually can get well ..

  7. This person obviously needs psychological help which of course is not prohibited in any Christian as far as I'm aware.  It's a shame what happened to him as a child but that certainly doesn't mean he has the right to take it out on all firemen.  If the treatment he had been getting isn't helping he needs to try a different one.

  8. Why are you directing this toward Christians?`

  9. i believe that this man has a severe problem and that he needs constant guidance. a mental hospital would be best.

all who said that he is still responsible for his actions and should be punished justly need to take a psych class.

until you understand the motivations of the human mind and how trauma at a young age can affect it, you should not pipe in.

  10. Treatment didn't work.  He probably needs an increase in med dosages.

    Just My Thoughts!

  11. Opinions are like armpits; everyone has a couple and they usually stink. To me this is merely a case of refusing to accept responsibility for ones actions and accept the consequences. It is the typical passing of the buck. Adam and Eve both tried this ploy, unsuccessfully.

  12. He needs to go to jail, because he committed a crime, and hopefully get some help there .

  13. Sounds like he did it on purpose and is just pretending to be crazy to escape prison.  Thats everyones favorite line, "I was abused". Please. But on the christian note, he really needs Jesus thats for sure.

  14. Go back to treatment or get prayed over.

  15. He needs prayer. People think were so weird well the amount of christians is growing. I wish people would stop bashing. What did we ever do to them accept take there rude comments.
