  1. For the longest time, going through all the denominations of Christianity, I always felt that God was so distant from us humans that it was impossible to feel a kinship with Him, despite what the churches taught. Humans have suffered a lot these last few thousand years while God lets us live firsthand the lesson of what it is to govern ourselves. It makes me feel a kinship to know that God, who is truly humble, did not think Himself better than we, His creation, to come down here in human form and suffer right along with the rest of us. A quick death of the Perfect Son would have sufficed, yet look what He voluntarily went through, without a word of complaint! He's got my vote...forever!  Thanks for asking.

  2. He is the snickers bar of christianity

  3. The biggest contrast in my life from not knowing Jesus and becoming born-again is that I no longer need to prove myself to people. I no longer feel I need to preform to anybody's level or make anyone happy for the sake to just feeling good about myself.

I know beyond a shadow of doubt that God approves of me, that Jesus thinks I just fine as I am. I'm not perfect, but I am loved, only because God wants to love me.

What is so incredible about this is God feels like this for everyone.

We do not need to preform for Him, just to win His love; His love is there for us already.

I know He only wants what is good for me, and that I can trust Him completely. I want to do God's will not because I have to but because God deserves my love.

  4. Because God has put gifts and talents inside and wants me to use them for His higher purposes, that gives meaning to my life.  Also, to serve, worship, cling to and know Him is the best fulfillment in life.  Because I am accepted in the Beloved, Jesus, God accepts me unconditionally exactly the way He created me.

  5. Hunger for meaning...I was abused as a child verbally. I was told I was a no good and would never amount to anything. when I met and allowed my Lord to be my everything I came to know the one who accepts me just as I am. I found out that I am Queen bennie. Jesus and God makes me complete. I do not have to do anything for His love. I am loved because I am me.

Acceptance of life....I accept His will for my life. I do not fear what He might have me go or do because He will go with me wherever I go. he gives me the want to when He tells me to do something for Him.

I am so so glad that He is my lord and Master.
