There is nothing wrong with greeting someone, if and when it is appropriate.

Its not my culture, i DON'T kiss men and im not comfortable kissing random women, when im put in that situation i always make them kiss me.

Greet one another with an Holy kiss.  It is still very alive in some cultures! In fact Judas betrayed Jesus with a kiss on the cheek. It was very common back then and is still common in some settings. But has NOTHING to do with homosexuality.

I believe in it, but don't do it if it is not done in your church, place etc..., but if it is you can do it when applicable, I usually don't do it but I do touch cheeks with women when I hug them, but when I hug men, our faces never touch.

The Holy Kiss is a kiss between servants of God. It shows love and kindness and forgiveness and so on and so forth. To me it is a symbol to each other of how much God loves us.

Can be taken literally or symbolically - a greeting which comes from the indwelling Holy Spirit.
