What suggestions do you have for enjoying a Christmas day lunch somewhere other than home?

Restaurants, hotels etc... Never done this before but seeing what options are available!

  1. How about a Brewers Fayre? Do a postcode search on their website and it'll tell you where the nearest one is.

The three course adults christmas dinner is £39.99 with Coffee or Tea and a selection of Petit Fours after dessert and the kids christmas dinner three course us £14.99

    The site is: http://www.brewersfayre.co.uk/

  2. New Continental Hotel

  3. How about a nearby inn - something small, cozy and quaint would be lovely and much nicer than a boring hotel...

  4. Hiya, I've never been to a restaurant for Christmas Dinner but my friend goes most years to Ocean Palace on Western Approach, not traditional but she loves it.

  5. When I was in Plymouth (I'm assuming you mean Plymouth, MA) I ate at a great place called the Cabby Shack. I wouldn't call it a Christmas worthy dining experience though, a little too casual maybe. But I'll recommend a fancier place called The Cuisine of Mark Connolly or maybe RooBar (excellent but not exactly fancy).

  6. One way to do it is to type "Christmas luncheon" then your local area into a search engine. Chances are several ideas will come up. Costs can be 20-30 a person however.

    Not cheap by any means.
