Chrome bike rusting?

my bike is chrome and it is rusting at the welds and where it got scrached . the chrome is starting to flake off. any idea on how ot get all the chrome off and apply new stuff that looks identical to chrome

Chemical wash or sand blast.  You might need some help though on the reappling.  I mean its not just a spray paint job if you want to have a nice finish on you bike.  Plus if its a bike under 200 its probably not worth it and you should just let it flake.
