Chrome or white rims

Question

i need to know what rims to get between chrome and white i need to know what will help braking last longer,

i think the paint will rub off the white but im not sure and i think that brakes better on chrome for longer but i don't know

Jack J has it. Brakes don't work well on chrome OR paint.

You might see some bikes with white or painted rims but they are either very cheap or they have disc brakes. I can't think of a single alloy rim that is chromed... if you can come up with a brand I'll take a look and edit my answer.

I'd go with alloy rims, chrome and paint don't work all that great when dry and hardly at all when wet.
