Chrome? rust?

who thinks that chrome along with a little rust makes for character on your bike than just chrome alone? not a cleaner, just wanna ride.......

If you are going to have some chrome, have pride in yourself to keep it looking good.

If you cant be bothered to polish, then dont have it.

I very seldom cleaned my bike, every once and a while cleaned the underside.

But if you don't protect it, you will get the rat bike look and it hurts the resale of the bike.

My chrome started peeling off of the bike.

I check for fresh bugs every gas stop!  It must be that new Hog disease. I'm not so bad as to erect a barrier around it though.

I put some on my shovel when i built it just to throw people off

Now that you mention it I do need to get after my exhaust before I have a real issue on my hands! Good thing its gonna rain tomorrow so i will have plenty of time to get it done!:)

you should look after your ride but i enioy a lesser looking bike because if thieves are about they'll take someboby else's lol

old school and new skool have been turned upside down,  i guess the rustic look has been in for sometime, but i still like chrome to be chrome, and paint to be paint.  i restore cars professionally and have spent too many years eliminating things that people now like or imitate.  but hey, to each his own, it's about what you like on your bike, not what i like...
