Chronograph hand not resetting to 12 o'clock

Question

My chronograph hand for this watch is resetting to the 1 minute to 12 position rather than 12 o'clock. My instruction book does not seem to cover this watch. The nearest instruction advises there is a corrector which can be pressed to solve this problem, however these is no corrector button.Service centre number is not recognised.
