  1. That's one of those Liberty Mint "collectible" coins. None of them are worth very much. Right now one's selling on eBay for $13.75 and there's three more listed for higher prices that have no bids on them.


  2. This was likely sold as a collectible. Coin dealers will consider it a bullion coin. Its value will therefore depend on the price of silver each day.
