Ok, well I have a chubby stomach, my thighs could be better, and i think i may have love handles but they arent obvious. School is in 2 days. I live in an area with a walking trail, stairs that are steep with 88 stairs, and yeah rofl. In august when I moved in, I was like yeah! I'm going to do 5 sets on the stairs, and walk every day. Guess what. I did 5 sets on the stairs only once out of august, and took rare few walks some time. My thighs and stomach are chubby and I want to tone them or lose the fat D: help!
