Good question, Seagal has the technique, as a tall guy he could for sure do floor better than Norris, of course I never thought of Norris as much more than a point karate and movie actor.

Seagal has the reach and the grappling, he was a legit Aikido master. Norris was a champion point fighter, so they both have competitive experience.  I have noticed that in Seagal's latest movies he has been using Tai Chi techniques as well, maybe he has a more well rounded knowledge of martial arts.

They are both middle aged, so the question is which of the guys would run out of gas if it ends up with Chuck sprawling take  downs and Steve doing a lot of kick blocking.  Who knows.

I like watching Seagal movies better, he had some really great technique, he is very fluent with edged weapons.
