Chuck Palahniuk Fans?

What other authors/books should I read?

I truthfully haven't read another other books that I think really compare to Chuck Palahniuk's but another one of my favorites is The Perks of Being a Wallflower. It's a great book if you're a teenager. Catch-22 is also kind of nuts and out there like Palahniuk's, but it's a pretty advanced book but it might work depending on your age. Hope this helps a bit:)

You might try 'American Psycho' or 'Less Than Zero' by author Bret Easton Ellis or 'Naked Lunch' and 'Junkie' by Willian S. Burroughs. Another idea might be Hunter S. Thompson, best known for 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas'.  

All are a bit quirky like Palahniuk, but for not necessarily for the same reasons.

Probably Vonnegut would be enjoyable along the same lines (satirical, ironic, etc.)

I agree with Catch-22. I also liked The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

For some more classic novels, I love Dostoyevsky. He's famous for Crime and Punishment, but Brother's Karamazov is my favorite.

I also enjoy Pushkin- The Captain's Daughter is his best work, in my opinion.

More contemporary artists I enjoy are Don DeLillo. He write White Noise, but it's nothing like the movie.

Also, Money by Martin Amis is a good read.
