Church ruins in Palmestown Ireland???

My friend and I are looking for information for an essay on some church ruins in palmerstown Ireland, located in the suburbs of Dublin. We know it's supposedly haunted, and is home to a mental institution. Unfortunatly this is about the only information we know. Any help would be great!!! :] thanks!!!!
