does anyone know wher one can buy good quality

chyanaprasham that has ben enriched with gold silver etc

there are so many bhogus business's around like Dabur etc

who started out with good holy intentions but now massproduce c**p that many mothers think is good for there kids - but this mass produced is worthless -

Ayra vaidya sala and Nagarjuna are ok in Kerela is good but where to find good quality enriched from more simnple source as in nota huge company ??
