So I have not smoked for a while and my cardio has gotton decent but the last two night I got drunk and smoked a lot of cigs and a little weed (after reading eddie Bravos Book i had to smoke some weed and then practice ju jitsu hi) So do you think my cardio will be effected much when i go to bjj class tonight?It was a controlled event and won't happen again. You think i'll feel it though?
