The only fence i have seen standing for a length of time is cinder block fences. They are just plain. Style, shape, zig zag?

My idea is to build a 2X2X4 base, put it at ground level, put a double cinder block with rebar in it to form a base for 8x8X8 cinder blocks filled with concrete. (6ft tall) Then pour a 30 inch 4 inch thick side walk over the 2X2 blocks to hold them in place for the length of the fence. Using tie down bolts with a l shape and s***w on the end protruding to attach the 2X4 to the post. I even thought of making a 4x4 concrete cross bar with rebar inside to really permatize it. Maybe a pour on the ground and stand up small fence sections? I know I am not the only one that has played with this????

  1. You got it all.

6000 psi concrete will last longer than 4000.

Use safety glasses, a dust mask, and heavy gloves for concrete mixing.
