  1. Watch Mean Girls. Try to be like that blonde chick..(I forgot her name..ooops).

    =D

  2. just be like a mean s****. girl at ur skool....always keep ur nose scrunched(if u get wut i mean) and have a sassy walk!!!!

i had to be a stepsister for cinderella once and it was fun!!!! the total oposite of me!!!!!!

    have fun!!!!!

  3. First of all - don't base your character on what you see in the Cinderella film version. That is the version that actor acted, what they felt and understood. Try whatever you like, really go for it and you'll find what works and what doesn't. Make faces in the mirror, talk back to people and see their reaction (of course you'll have to explain afterwards...) watch movies like Mean Girls (seems pretty popular!) which is filled with schauchy twinks. For some reason the boss figure in 'The Devil Wears Prada' keeps coming to mind...

Basically, to my way of thinking and expierence, trying out the faces, tones and actions really works out the kinks and tests your ability to 'channel' (if you will) your mean and snotty character. People don't mind too much when you explain what you're doing - if you get a look of dismay/shock, you know it's working well.

    Cheers!

  4. Try out snotty looks in the mirror. And think of someone you really hate, and imagine how you would act around them if you weren't polite. Also watch movies, like Mean Girls, and (what a surprise) Cinderella! You can model yourself after the villains in these. Good luck!

  5. act like a rich girl who gets everything she wants and is popular and is rude

  6. Tell evrybody to watch out and practice being mean

  7. Ooh I was in it too! I was the Queen, but my friend was amazing as the Stepsister.  Basically, a nasally voice was necessary. She had great control over her body movements, so it was the little things--pouting whenever she could, tapping her toes, rolling eyes, even making faces behind her other sister's back--that made the audience love it!  Watching movies is a good idea--remember to keep it comical.  I recommend Mean Girls, Clueless (look for the Amber character...more annoying than mean), the Disney Cinderella, and the Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella (both the new and old versions). Have fun, congrats, and break a leg!
