Will I get charged for internet usage if I did not access Yahoo! IM through the internet?

  1. Not sure about Cing/AT&T. But with T-Mobile I was originally getting billed for internet usage for using Yahoo Mobile IM. However, with one phone call they adjusted my plan making it a flat rate costing me and additional $12/month.
