Cingular at&t cellphones ?

where can i find cheap cingular or at&t cellphones with out plans ?

If you buy go phone for a cheap price at W-mart or any place that sells go phones you will have to get a plan for it. You can go to craigslist or ebay web site and get a phone off there. Those don't come with plans.

Go to Walmart and get an at&t go phone, you can switch your sim if you already have a plan.
