Cingular wifi phone question? about switching sim cards?

I am going to get the 8525 HTC hermes for AT&T. I current have the RAZR V3xx with AT&T. my question is:

Will the SIM card work?

How much more will my phone bill cost?

If I just use the wifi connection, how much more will it cost?

Yes the sim card will work .

If you use just the wifi connection it will not cost any more.

I do not know what if any data plan you have currently so i couldn't tell you how much more .
