Circle Of Angels favourite for 32Red Handicap
Circle Of Angels is likely to give a tough time to her opponents in the 32Red Handicap at Ffos Las in England on Monday, August 13, 2012. Today will be her first race at this venue and her owner will be eying a cash prize of £4,075 from the class-4 event.
There are some very good runners like Hamilton Hill and Astra Hall lined up for action in the 1 mile 4 furlong race and they will definitely be fighting at the front for victory. Both have been given pretty decent odds by the bookmakers and the punters will
be interested in risking a few bets on them.
Astra Hall has been rated as the favourite to succeed with a starting price of 9 to 4. She does not have a lot of experience, but is carrying the winning momentum right now. A victory today will help her record a hat-trick, but that is not likely to happen
because she will not like the good track conditions at Ffos Las.
On the other hand, the real battle will be between Hamilton Hill and Circle Of Angels. Both runners have been performing well in recent times and will definitely give a tough time to each other.
However, the latter of the two has got a slight advantage, as the conditions are ideal for her today. She does not have an impressive strike rate, but there is a chance for her to improve the overall record.
The Ian Williams’ trainee has participated in a total of 13 events, winning a couple of them and finishing third on the same number of times. She has also secured the runner up spot once in her career.
The young filly has been delivering good results with consistency in the 2012 season, as she has not dropped out of the top three even once this year. She was victorious in her penultimate race and finished third last time around.
This goes onto show that Royal Applause’s daughter is in pretty decent form at the moment and will cause a few problems for her rivals. James Doyle will be accompanying her for the first time and the combination can prove to be a lethal one at the end of
the day.
