Circuit city gift card?

what happens if u scratch that thing at the back of the circuit city gift card . will it still work when u try to buy something from the store

all they have to do is hand punch in the #s on the card , don't worry

I think you have to scratch it to reveal the pin number, which you will need if you want to use the card online or check your gift card balance via phone or online.
