Removing the f******n covering the glans, there's no real reason to as the benefits people cite have never been properly proven. Most men in the world don't get it done. And it's only usually done for religious reasons. It's not cleaner or better or anything, but taking away the f******n does mean a loss in sexual sensitivity.
