How many British guys do you know who are circumcised? I'm just trying to figure out exactly how common it is there.

  1. Few, about 12-15% including circumcisions for religious reasons among the Jewish and Muslim communities.

About 1 in 6 of the men I have 'known' in the biblical sense lol.

The men I know who are done had it done between the ages of 8 and 20 for 'medical' reasons such as a f******n that had not yet retracted (at 8 years old? can't tell by that age).

Less and less boys are being done. At the first hint of a problem doctors used to give the snip, but now less invasive methods are recommended more often. As a result, less than 3% of boys under 10 are not cut.

Yes uncircumcised is better, and though problems happen they happen with no greater frequency than the equivalent problems in women. It is just that doctors in circumcising countries such as the US seem less clued up on how to deal with problems (such as phimosis and frenulum breve) when they do arise.

  2. very few because their people are under socialized medicine and they will not pay to have it done but, there males will have problems with infections, HIv and STD's. If you believe that uncircumcision is the best just check and see how many guys are posting questions here about problems with their uncut junk due to the fore mentioned problems.

  3. Circumcision is rather rare in the UK these days.     Brits and Europeans have more sense than Americans, they prefer to leave their penises whole and unmutilated.

A whole, natural and normal p***s feels and functions better than a mutilated, scarred and partial one.    How could it be any different?

In addition to the UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australian mutilation rates have also dropped.      In the US, it's still at about 50%, and continues to drop.

I'm  not sure, but I think that the rate in the UK is around 10% or less.

  4. I know a great many English males because I am English.

This might come as a surprise to you but none !   Not one is cut.

In fact I never saw one until I visited the United States.

Not sure why you guys are taking such a highly sensitive and benefitial thing away.  I asked around and no one seems to have a good answer.

One guy here said its cause the U.S. is like very Jewish in industries like the media and medical sectors.  Other than that I hear its a billion dollar business.  I mean the cutting then the selling of foreskins.

Its not allowed here anyway.  Its brutality and you can go to jail for it.

    Hope that helps...

  5. It's pretty rare except for religious or medical reasons.

  6. It depends on the area, but most places are under 20%.  Infant circumcision is even lower.  England/Great Britain area is under 1% for infant circ,
