Ignore the first answer - technology has nothing to do with the rate of circumcised men in a country. When it doesn't deal with religion, a nation's cultural history can play a significant role in the circumcision rates - like in the US.

Most Muslim countries will probably have the highest rates of circumcised men (as you can see form the post before this one).

it is common here in the Philippines because men will be teased if others will know that he is not yet circumcised. all men that i know here in the Philippines are all circumcised. all filipino boys here undergo circumcision during summer when they reached the age of 7..

Don't know, but it's usually backward people who get the idea from writings by desert living goat herders 1000s of years ago before they had modern hygiene and they had sand in their parts. In modern times, unless there's a medical reason such as a tight f******n, there's no reason to remove it, as the p***s end is supposed to be covered until s*x and if it's removed the end hardens because it's exposed all the time and it becomes less sensitive.

To me logic would say that the regions with the highest percentage of circumcision would be:

-United States

-Israel

-Sub-Saharan Africa (Many tribes perform this as a rite of passage)

-The Muslim World

Also, as for the comment about Mexicans and computers, I find that extremely in poor taste- and of course Mexico has computers! They have pretty much anything you could find in the United States, except that the food is a bit spicier ;)
