Citation for a play?

Question

if you are stating what act, scene and line numbers a quote is from in a play, are the words "act" and "scene" capitalized in the sentence?

Normally, the usage is according to  1) ' A' III, Sc. iv. p. 22   or

2) A. III, Sc. IV. P. 22    or 3)  A. III , Sc. IV , p. 22. Various books and various people do it different way.
