Cities with ample water still facing water scarcity?

as ques. suggests guys i really want names of the cities having no. of water resources still facing water scarcity!!!!!!!plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually problem here is to distinct between different sorts of water. Towns may have a lot of natural water but it can be naturally or ecologically contaminated - thus might be useless for intended needs. Sometimes it is too expensive to clean existing water and relatively cheaper to deliver from another location.
