Citizen complaint in NJ gone bad...?

Long story short, I files a citizen complaint against a man for roadrage, he then turned around and did the same plus tow more offenses on me, I have a witness, he does not, question is...can a judge find us both guilty even though there is no evidence against me?? He pretty much tried to make me hit him by swooping infront of me and slamming on his breaks, this is after he honked at me incessantly trying to intimidate me into turning left when I was not comfortable turning yet because of on-coming traffic. So he was angry with me already and when I went in and filed my complaint, he then went in three days later and filed it against me. Could it be possible for me to be found guilty of these charges when they were obviously only filed in retaliation??

  1. It is always possible to be found guilty but he has to prove it first.  When you go to court, make sure you have all the facts straight.  You might want to consider a lawyer.

  2. The judge will examine, hear and evaluate the evidence presented before s/he in their court room.

Bring your witness with you as 2 are better then one.

Remember there is your story, there is his story, and then there are the facts.

The judge will weigh all the FACTS before s/he and then make a decision, based upon those facts.
