Citizens for our betterment? please help?

Question

so i went to citizens for our betterment.com and i did that maze thing, and at the end it said "october 14, 2008"...its all really really weird...whats going to happen then? its so creepy...why would fall out boy tell their fans to go to a website like that? =/

Hey!

So, I'm not sure if this is going to help but, the other day my sister and I were looking at William Beckett's blog (the lead singer of The Academy Is..) and there was this post with a bunch of his lyrics called "Citizens for Our Betterment" and then, one word was linked to that website. It was all really weird and we didn't understand what it was that he was posting it his blog for.

The next day he posted a blog saying that he had no idea what Citizens for Our Betterment was, that someone must have hacked his account.

The Academy Is... and Fall Out Boy are all in the same sort of family of bands so I'm thinking this is related and that it's just some stupid hacking thing. I'm pretty sure Fall Out Boy didn't actually tell people to do that.

Hope this somehow clears it up :)
