My freind is in Egypt and wants to come to Usa, how can he become a citizen what is the offical website of the info on that?

Citizens of foreign countries cannot become U.S. citizens because it seems like a good idea. Before your friend can become a U.S. citizen, he would have to immigrate to the U.S. with an immigrant visa.

After five years of resident status in the U.S., he could apply for U.S. citizenship, and if the application was approved, then he could naturalized to U.S. citizenship.
