Citizenship Question

My mom is filing the papers for citizenship and she met all of the requirements to become one. I am under 18, so according to some laws I will receive citizenship once she becomes a citizen, but are there any forms we must fill out and send in in order for that to happen, or will it happen automatically?

  1. no eventually you will have to fill out a form and send a picture.

  2. u need to send all ya info and all that the best thing go to a immigration lawyer to help you out

  3. Yes, Your mother still need file the Form N-600 for you.

  4. That is an Excellent Question! I cannot give the answer to you because I am not sure and do not wish to create Problems for you and your mom. Contact BCIS, The Department of State to Get the Right Answer. Here, I went to the " Catholic Social Services" to get help with that type of thing. Nothing is " Automatic" with this! There will be Forms to fill out and File. Good Fortune!
