Citroen C2 Sound system upgrade?

Question

Ok so I want to upgrade my sound system in my citroen c2.

I need to know,

How to access my rear speakers?

Which speakers you would recommend?

Will I need to change my head unit?(will that affect locking etc...)

Do I need to change the wiring or anything?

Will Citroen upgrade it?(will I need to provide them speakers etc...)

Also do you know what watt the standard head unit is?

I realize there is a lot of questions here but any help will be appreciated!
