City of heroes and city of vilains?

I need help whenever the loading screen for city of heroes or villains starts (the one thats about to let you start playing the game) it loads a little bit then goes back to the login screen.Does anyone know why it keeps doing this.

The mapserver is probably acting weird. Or there's lots of people in the server your trying to get to.

I've seen two questions about this lately. I've played for years and never had this particular problem. The first thing I'd check is to make sure that your firewall is not shutting it out, but behind the CoX screen where you can't see that it's asking for permission.

Make sure you have updated video drivers and manually update Windows by going to the Windows Update site. You can also try re-installing the game. If that doesn't help you, I think it's time to contact PlayNC and get them working on it. It seems like they'd want to help you connect, so that you want to continue paying them. ;)
