okay so my parents dont wanna pay monthly but i want the game.so can i get a pre-paid card every 60 days, and be a regular user?or will i be a annoying trial user, who cant do everything a regular can do? thanks

Once your account is paid, by any means, you are no longer a trial account and you can do everything that any player can. As long as you add time before your previous time runs out, you will experience no difference from a monthly credit card payment. Even if your time does run out, you will simply be notified when you go to log on, and you can reactivate your account any time.
