City/population size for arby's restaurants?

on their website, arby's states that it decides its locations "...based on population, demographics, competition and other factors." does anyone know the average city size or population that they shoot for? just curious. thanks.

i wish there were more arbys around but they seem to be less frequent to see. They are always crowded because they are one of the more tasty fast foods. Im not sure the size of towns but they need more.

Theres one in a neighboring town to me (15,000 people) but its also by a supercenter and close to the interstate. Generally I dont see them in smaller than 25,000 people
