It has been revealed that Manchester City are looking to replace http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Scott-Sinclair-c32675.

Over the last couple of months, it has become rather apparent that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 isn’t the biggest Adam Johnson fan.

The winger hardly gets any playing time at the Etihad and even when he does perform to the best of his abilities, which sees him pick up goals and assists, the manager simply asks him to improve even further.

Keeping that in mind, the latest on the situation is that City are now looking to get rid of Johnson and replace him with Sinclair.

Sinclair’s contract is set to run out in the near future and the Swansea City chairman, Huw Jenkins has admitted that he would much rather see the player get sold, then let him leave for free.

“At this level of football and with the transfer money which could come in with players leaving in the final year of their contract, we wouldn’t want to go down that route again of allowing a player to let his contract run out again,” Jenkins said.

“With Scott being a first-team regular we need a decision one way or the other as soon as possible so the manager can be clear in his mind on where the team goes and make sure the squad is right for August.”

This past season, Sinclair has looked rather sharp and has caused a lot of problems for some of the bigger teams in the league.

However, this doesn’t change the fact that Johnson has also been rather good every time he stepped on to the pitch and this is why it is weird for the club to think about offloading him.

In theory, they are replacing a bench warmer, to bring in another bench warmer. This is considering the fact that the current first team doesn’t have any room for Sinclair in it.

Nonetheless, at this point nothing is for certain regarding the two players, but with Johnson now being available for a transfer, a number of teams are going to come in looking for him.
