Citylink Saturday Collection?

I missed out on an important delivery today and was wondering if anyone knows if Citylink in london is opened on a saturday for collection? if so what are the opening hours? thanks

On the City Link website, under 'services', 'UK services' they do mention Saturday delivery, but I couldn't find out whether you can collect from them on Saturday.
