Civic 8000k bulb conversion problem

I just bought some 8000k headlights for my 98 civic off ebay for 26$ and when I tried to put them in my original headlights were 3 prong and my new ones are 2 prong. Is there a conversion kit I need or did I just get the wrong bulbs. Thanks

    No you got the wrong bulbs.

  2. wrong bulbs.  sounds like your orginal bulbs were hi/lo combination while the replacements were hi or lo only.

    will your current wiring handle the higher wattage?
