Question:

Civics game?

So basically, I got put into a group and we have to do a review game for civics class. All we have so far is note cards. On the note cards, we have one note card that has the definition and one with the word. Our teacher said we had to be more creative than matching, so I don't know what to do. Suggestions?

Btw...it's due tommorow :(

P.S. I hate group projects!

  1. You don't have much time, but it sounds like you already have the beginnings of a game like Taboo, where you work as a team and try to get your team members to say a word by giving them clues, in giving the clues there would be certain words you cannot say.  For example, if you wanted to get your team to say "birth certificate", you might not be able to use born, identification, date of birth, paper, etc.  You will need a timer and that is about all.  You could incorporate some aspects of Trivial Pursuit, but at this stage going with Taboo might be the easier route.
