Civil Rights Should be an International Deal?

Here in Maine Hospitality House Inc. is a National non-profit like the Salvation Army. It is asking International newspapers to carry word that Lack of civil right causes poverty.

Should a financally struggling charitable non-profit be speaking out in England and oversea's?

Civil rights must be protected because people must be respected and alleviated from poverty.  Rich countries must support patients who are not able to have proper hospital treatments.

if it is financially struggling no. the idea is very good.

Civil rights belongs to all people but it is a byproduct of society. Government is powerless to influence it.
