i cant seem to find out these answer's maybe you guys can help me out

1. opposition to the demands for change by black Americans

Come on, hon.  You have a computer.  Most these questions can be put in your search engine and the answer will pop up.  #2 is Topeka, Kansas (Brown vs Board of Education; Brown is the last name of the first black student entering a previously segregated public school; her family had taken the case to court because she lived so far away from the black school).
