Civil engineering ?? are there enough jobs??

i applied for the MS in Civil Engineering but i am not sure about the area of concentration, i have following choices 1-Environmental Engineering 2-Geotechnical Engineering 3-Structural Engineering 4- Transportation Engineering 5-Water Resources Engineering .....so which one one is best in terms of jobs oppertunities and salary....i live in california.
